Account and coorda ID
How do I get a coorda account?
On coorda.me choose “Sign up free”, enter your e-mail address and open the confirmation link within 48 hours. During the beta there is a limited number of new places each day; if the day is full you join the waiting list and get an e-mail as soon as a place is free.
What is an invitation code?
Every member gets 3 codes for friends or colleagues. With a valid code you can sign up straight away, even when the day’s places are taken.
What is the coorda ID (CID)?
Your user name for all coorda services. It stays the same even if your e-mail address changes. Others can reach you via your CID without knowing your address or phone number.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page choose “Forgot your password?”. You will receive a link by e-mail to set a new password.
How do I delete my account?
In “My coorda” under Account. Export what you want to keep first. We delete the account and your entries within 30 days.
Plans, beta and payment
What does coorda cost during the beta?
Until 31 December 2026 all plans are free, including one website with cbox. Beta limits apply: 20 questions to coorda AI per day, 1 GB of storage, 1 published website.
What happens after the beta?
We remind you at least 30 days before. Nothing renews automatically. You then decide yourself whether to stay free or take a plan. As a thank-you, beta accounts receive 3 months of coorda Plus.
Which plans are there?
Free, coorda Plus (€29 per year), Basic, Boost and Pro. One plan works in all coorda services. You will find the overview on coorda.eu under “What does it cost?”.
How do I pay?
Always by invoice, by bank transfer or through a European payment service provider. coorda stores no card or account details.
What is not included in a plan?
Special services such as additional languages or further websites in cbox, ad banners and custom solutions via coorda.com. Their prices are shown in the service concerned.
coorda AI
What can coorda AI do?
Translate, write and improve texts, answer questions and transcribe voice messages – in co-chat, coorda tools, cbox and coorda Pro.
What do the levels mean?
Automatic chooses by itself. Fast is for short tasks, Balanced for most, Best for difficult texts. You set the level in the ☰ menu.
How many questions do I have?
Free 3 per day, coorda Plus 150, Basic 300, Boost 600 and Pro 1,500 per month. The “Best” level counts double. During the beta: 20 questions per day.
Are the answers always right?
No. Answers and translations are created automatically and may contain errors. Please check important information yourself.

How are coorda tools organised?
In cabinets with drawers: for example planner, shopping list, recipes, journeys, contracts, translator and weather. Each drawer can be opened and shared on its own.
Can I try without an account?
Yes, for 14 days. Your entries stay on this device only. If you sign up, we transfer them to your account.
How do I share a drawer?
In the drawer choose “Share” and enter the person’s CID or e-mail. You decide whether they may only read or also write, and you can end the sharing at any time.
What is the encrypted cabinet?
A cabinet that only your device can open. If you forget its password, nobody can recover the data – not even us.

How do I find someone?
Via the person’s coorda ID (CID). They receive a request and can accept or decline.
How do I translate a message?
On messages in other languages tap 🌐 “Translate”. A second tap shows the original again.
Can a chat always be translated?
Yes: in the chat’s ⋯ menu choose “Always translate this chat”. For all chats, use the setting “Always translate” in the ☰ menu.
Can I delete a message?
Yes. Your own messages for everyone or just for you, other people’s messages just for you.
Can I send photos and files?
From coorda Plus, up to 25 MB per file. Executable files are blocked for security reasons.

How is my website created?
In four steps: basic details, choose or adapt a template, create pages, fill in the content yourself or with the help of coorda AI.
How many pages and languages do I have?
coorda Plus 5, Basic 10, Boost 15 and Pro 20 pages per language, one language included. Further languages and websites cost extra.
How do I publish?
With “Publish”. If mandatory details for the legal notice are missing, cbox shows them. Without a plan you can design but not publish.
Are there reservations and appointments?
Yes, from Basic: rooms and accommodation with availability, or appointments for services, with confirmations and reminders.
Display, full screen and app
How do I switch between light and dark?
In the ☰ menu or at the very bottom of every page under “Display”: System, Light or Dark.
How do I use coorda like an app?
On a computer choose “Full screen” in the ☰ menu. On iPhone and iPad tap “Share” in the browser, then “Add to Home Screen”; on Android choose “Install app” in the browser menu.
How do I change the language?
In the ☰ menu under “Language”. coorda is available in 8 languages.
Privacy and security
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Germany, under the GDPR. We do not sell data and do not build advertising profiles.
Why do I see ad banners?
They finance the free offers. They are chosen by location, never by your entries, without tracking. From Basic, coorda tools, co-chat and My coorda are ad-free.
How do I export my data?
In “My coorda” under “Export data”. You will find all details in the privacy policy.
